We apologize for causing you concern. The reported fatal incident was caused by a cell product and manufacturing process from a different operator, and has absolutely no relation to our cell processing and supply system.

We perform additive-free cultivation without using FBS or antibiotics, and we ensure that no cryopreservation solution (DMSO) remains. Furthermore, by providing fresh living cells (fresh cells), we avoid the risk of side effects and sudden deterioration. We will continue to comply with relevant laws and guidelines from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and will provide safe and reliable cells under strict quality control. Please rest assured.

The Kyushu Regenerative Medicine Center is a specialized complex consisting of three facilities: Reborn Clinic, specializing in regenerative medicine treatments; the Kyushu Regenerative Medicine Cell Processing Center, which handles cell cultivation for support clinics nationwide; and the Kyushu Regenerative Medicine Rehabilitation Center, which has independently developed a post-stem cell therapy rehabilitation program.
