Kenji Terasaki
The work we do at AS Medical Support is work that someone needs to do. But not just anyone can do it. So we decided — we would do it ourselves. That is the spirit that drives us. The ultimate goal of our company is to make regenerative medicine covered by health insurance. A world where ordinary patients can walk into any clinic, show their health insurance card, and receive regenerative medicine. That is the world we strive to create every day.
Yumi Sakurai
I have been involved in tissue culture research since my university laboratory days, working with human tissue culture for approximately 27 years. In the field of private-pay tissue culture, I have provided a cumulative total of approximately 30,000 cell samples to medical institutions. Through this experience, I have witnessed the deep hopes that patients place in cell therapy. I am committed to our mission of providing not only safe but also high-quality cells, and I dedicate myself to continuous improvement every day.
Hideyuki Furikado
While working at the Ministry of Finance, I had the opportunity through the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to learn about the situation of people suffering from aftereffects of traffic accidents and other injuries. I believe that the spread of regenerative medicine is an extremely important responsibility — one that offers hope to those for whom treatment has been extremely difficult. AS Medical Support is a company that takes this responsibility very seriously. In those ventures, I hope to contribute to smooth management by leveraging my experience in the financial industry, and ultimately to help advance the spread of regenerative medicine.
Kenta Ikebe
I am Kenta Ikebe, newly appointed as an Outside Director. I am a licensed attorney and have been involved in corporate legal affairs in areas including harassment prevention and personal information protection. I intend to fulfill my role in overseeing management in order to contribute to the further strengthening of AS Medical Support's compliance framework.
