However, for the following purposes, information may be shared within the necessary scope: (1) External information sharing necessary for appropriate medical services; (2) Notification of health examination results to contracted companies; (3) Submission of receipts to payment review agencies; (4) Partial outsourcing of specimen testing and other duties.
3. External OutsourcingThe main outsourced services are: stem cell cultivation; partial testing services; partial medical information storage; information systems management.

Correction and Suspension of UseIf you request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or cessation of provision to third parties of your personal information, we will investigate and respond appropriately.
